TeleMed Office™ enables medical practices that use TeleMed’s after-hours answering service to use TeleMed Office™ to manage telephone traffic during regular office hours. Calls are automatically skill-based routed to TeleMed operators using custom algorithms designed in conjunction with each individual practice. Messages are then taken and dispatched in accordance with practice instructions. Messages can be delivered instantly via desktop or wireless device or can be viewed, sorted and distributed to practice staff according to responsibility using TeleMed’s on-line interface, MyTeleMed.com™.
